What does the Toast POS integration do?

The Toast POS integration is the native point of sale connector in CaptiFi. It matches a guest's WiFi login to their Toast tab, joining the consented contact data captured on your splash page (email, name, venue and visit date) to that guest's real order history inside Toast. Instead of holding a flat list of email addresses, you get a list of guests you can rank and group by what they actually spend.

Once a login is matched to a Toast tab, you can segment campaigns by lifetime spend, average ticket size, favourite menu item or last visit date. That turns a generic newsletter into something targeted: a free dessert email to your top spenders, or a win-back voucher to a regular who has not been in for a while. Spend data refreshes from Toast every 15 minutes, so the segments you build stay close to what is happening on the floor.
