Do I need new hardware to use CaptiFi?

CaptiFi works with UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, MikroTik, Ruckus, and more. If you don't have compatible hardware, a plug-and-play device is included with your plan (refundable hold) and works alongside your existing broadband.

Is the hardware included?

Yes. Every plan includes a plug-and-play CaptiFi WiFi Kit (pre-configured access point). We place a refundable hold on your card, which is released when you return the hardware or after 12 months of service.

What marketing can I automate?

Is CaptiFi GDPR compliant?

Fully. CaptiFi is built for UK GDPR and PECR compliance, which also satisfies EU GDPR. Consent capture, data retention policies, opt-out handling, and data export are all built in, and you can export your contacts at any time.

You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts. When you cancel, we'll provide a return label for the hardware. Once we receive it back, your hold is released.
