Push WiFi guests into HubSpot Contacts with full visit history and fire workflows on every sign-on. Native sync coming soon. Start your free trial.
A native HubSpot integration is coming soon to CaptiFi. It is on the roadmap and not yet live, but it is worth understanding now because it will change how venues turn WiFi sign-ins into CRM records. CaptiFi runs a branded captive portal: a guest connects to your WiFi, sees your splash page, and signs in by sharing their details with marketing consent. Today those details land in CaptiFi and can already reach your other tools. The forthcoming HubSpot connector will take that same consented guest data and push it straight into HubSpot Contacts.
Once it launches, the integration will create or update a HubSpot Contact for each guest who signs in, attach their full visit history to the record, and fire HubSpot workflows when a new sign-on happens. That means the people walking through your door will show up in the same CRM your team already uses to manage follow-ups, segments and automated emails, with their venue engagement visible right on the contact timeline.
Venues connect HubSpot because it closes the loop between footfall and follow-up. Instead of guest data sitting in a separate list, it becomes part of your CRM, ready for marketing automation, segmentation and reporting. Until the native connector ships, HubSpot can already be connected to CaptiFi through Zapier, so you do not have to wait to start syncing guests into your CRM.
Every consented WiFi sign-in will create or update a HubSpot Contact, so the people visiting your venue land in the same CRM your team already works from. No manual exports or list uploads.
The integration will attach each guest's visit details to their HubSpot Contact, so you can see how often someone has been in and when they last signed on, right alongside the rest of their CRM activity.
A fresh captive-portal sign-on will be able to fire a HubSpot workflow, letting you start automated welcome sequences, follow-ups or internal alerts the moment a guest connects to your WiFi.
While the native connector is being built, you can link CaptiFi to HubSpot through Zapier in about ten minutes, so new guest contacts flow into your CRM without waiting for launch.
The one-click native HubSpot connector is part of the coming-soon rollout. When it ships you will authorise HubSpot from the CaptiFi dashboard and map guest fields to HubSpot Contact properties.
In the meantime, create a Zap that listens for new CaptiFi guest sign-ins and connect your HubSpot account as the action. This Zapier-based link takes roughly ten minutes to set up.
Match the data CaptiFi captures, such as email, name, phone, venue and visit date, to the matching HubSpot Contact properties so each record is created with the right detail.
Point new contacts into a HubSpot list or workflow so welcome emails, segmentation or follow-up sequences run automatically as guests come in.
Sign in to your venue WiFi as a guest and confirm the contact appears in HubSpot with the expected details before relying on the flow for every visitor.
When the native connector lands, every guest who signs in to the lobby or room WiFi becomes a HubSpot Contact, letting the front-of-house team trigger a stay-welcome workflow and segment repeat guests for direct-booking offers.
Diners who sign on to the WiFi will be pushed into HubSpot with their visit date, so the marketing team can build a segment of recent visitors and run an automated follow-up inviting them back for midweek covers.
Shoppers connecting to in-store WiFi will land in HubSpot Contacts with full visit history, letting the team see returning customers on the timeline and fire a workflow that sends a thank-you and a next-visit incentive.
