Generate review replies, welcome emails and marketing copy in one click with AI, plus a splash-page chatbot. Coming soon to CaptiFi. Free trial.
The ChatGPT and AI Assistant integration is coming soon to CaptiFi and is not yet live. When it lands, it will bring OpenAI-powered writing into the parts of CaptiFi where venue owners already spend their time. Instead of staring at a blank box, you will be able to generate review replies, welcome emails and marketing copy in one click, drawing on the guest and venue context CaptiFi already holds. The aim is simple: take the slowest, most repetitive writing tasks off a busy operator's plate without losing your own voice.
Venues connect AI because the words matter but the time does not exist. A cafe owner who has just closed up does not want to draft ten review replies or a fresh welcome email from scratch. With this feature, CaptiFi will suggest a first draft you can edit and send, tuned to the review or the campaign in front of you. Because CaptiFi already captures consented guest data at WiFi sign-in, the generated content can reference the venue and the moment rather than reading like generic filler.
The second half of the integration is an optional, opt-in AI chatbot on your splash page. When enabled, it will answer common WiFi questions for guests, things like how to connect, why a page is not loading or what the password is, and escalate to your staff when it cannot help. It is designed to reduce the small interruptions that pull staff away from service, while keeping a human in the loop for anything the bot should not handle alone.
It will let you generate a thoughtful, on-brand response to a guest review in a single click, so you can keep your reputation tidy without writing every reply from scratch.
It will draft welcome emails and marketing copy for your opted-in guest list in seconds, giving you an editable starting point instead of a blank page.
A guest-facing AI assistant will answer common WiFi questions on your splash page and hand off to your staff when a question needs a human, cutting down on small interruptions during service.
Because CaptiFi already collects consented guest details and visit context at sign-in, the AI can write content that references the real venue and moment rather than generic, off-the-shelf wording.
The ChatGPT and AI Assistant integration is on the CaptiFi roadmap and is not yet available. Setup will become possible once the feature ships to your dashboard.
When it goes live, you will turn on AI assistance from your CaptiFi settings, which adds a one-click generate option to review replies, welcome emails and marketing copy.
You will give the assistant a few details about your venue and preferred tone so the drafts it produces sound like you rather than a generic template.
If you want guest-facing help, you will opt in to the AI chatbot, point it at your common WiFi FAQs and set when it should escalate a conversation to your staff.
Every AI draft is yours to edit and approve, so you stay in control of what actually goes out to guests and what the chatbot is allowed to handle.
A cafe owner clears a backlog of Google reviews in minutes, generating a warm, specific reply to each one and editing the few that need a personal touch before posting.
A salon manager drafts a welcome email for new WiFi guests in one click, then tweaks the offer and sends it to everyone who opted in that week.
A busy pub switches on the splash-page chatbot so guests asking how to get online get an instant answer, and only the trickier questions reach staff behind the bar.
